These terms are an agreement between you and Unity Trading Ltd ("we", "us"), which operates unitytrading.app. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.
The service
Unity Trading provides a trade journal, trade tracker and coach, risk calculator, market news, economic calendar and nowcasting tools. You must be of legal age in your country, or have authority to bind the organisation you use it for.
Not financial advice
Everything on Unity Trading is for general and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Your trading decisions are your own responsibility.
Your account
- Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including: using it unlawfully; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; or interfering with its security, such as uploading malware, probing for weaknesses or scraping. You must not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or get around its technical limits.
Intellectual property
We own the service and all its software, content, documentation and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. You keep ownership of the trades and notes you enter, and allow us to store and process them only to provide the service.
Subscriptions and payments
The Risk calculator, Journal trade logging and Dashboard are free. Start Your 7-Day Free Trial of Unity Elite. Unity Elite costs $39.95 USD per month or $407.49 USD per year, renews automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled any time with access until the end of the paid period.
Temporary offer: until subscriptions launch, Unity Elite may instead be offered as a one-time "pay what you want" payment (minimum $1 USD). That access is temporary and ends when the subscription launches; it does not renew. The 14-day money-back guarantee still applies.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Service level
We work to keep Unity Trading available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Market data may be delayed or incomplete. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including trading losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. When access ends, your saved data may be deleted.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Unity Trading Ltd is registered. Questions: contact us through the site.
