Unity Trading Ltd offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on Unity Elite. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, for monthly or yearly plans.

This also covers the temporary one-time "pay what you want" Elite payment: request a refund within 14 days of paying. That one-time access is temporary and ends when the Unity Elite subscription launches.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net to find your order and request a refund, or contact us through the site and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the Pricing page using "Manage subscription". You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
